This is my modified version of a tasty recipe from a kids cookbook that calls these biscuits so healthy that even dentists don't have anything to say against them. This is probably because there is no sugar in them, but the banana in them, which I love, does the job. And as it's from a children's cookbook the recipe is foolproof.
You'll need:
100 g apricots
4 dl of oat flakes
75 g of butter
3 ripe bananas
(2-3 teaspoons of cinnamon)
Cut the apricots into small pieces and mash the bananas with a fork or a potato masher. Mix all the ingredients and place the dough on a cooking pan covered with a cooking sheet in small piles. Bake for 15 minutes in 175 degrees.
